Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped.

At Aroma BD Online, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review the return process below.
1. Return Eligibility
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and still in their original packaging with the seal intact.
For wrong or damaged items, please include clear photos when you contact us—this helps us resolve your issue faster.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for pickup or drop-off. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.
3. Refund Method
Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may choose between a bank transfer or store credit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or tested products (especially perfume testers)
Clearance or discounted items (these are final sale)
5. Additional Information
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
